A French fitness-reformer club built around Sculptformer and Celluroll sessions. We created a bilingual content rhythm that sells trial classes, memberships and packs through transformation and belonging.
The Challenge
The club had passionate members but low awareness outside its neighbourhoods. Trial-class promotions filled rooms without building a loyal base, and coach content was inconsistent.
